My client is a leading global consulting, systems integration and outsourcing company. My client’s mission is to provide customers in industry and government with solutions crafted to meet their strategic goals and enable them to profit from the advanced use of technology.
As a Strategic Management Consultant (Financial Services) you will have an emphasis on IT Strategies/IT architectures, sourcing strategies/models or re-engineering.
Candidates will need mandatory commercial experience within:
Identification of opportunities on basis of a strategic customer analysis and their development up to the conclusion of a contract structure of customer relations on management level (CXO among them), also understanding the customer connection by an active relations management company, to offer processes with strategic opportunities and execution of customer projects through strategic questions (e.g. Business Case, strategy definition, performance increase), customer, market and competition analysis to the identification of the current trends and requirements of the strategic customers.
My client’s requirements;
· Candidates should ideally have an Economics Degree or comparable training.
· Candidates should have at least 8 years professional consultancy experience within the Banking/Insurance sector.
· Strong knowledge of bank or insurance transactions with also bank or insurance-specific strategy and process know-how, as well as an overview of control and damage mechanisms within a bank.
· Strong understanding of the substantial regulatory and legal basic conditions of banking and insurance.
· Strong knowledge of market and technology trends within the banking or insurance industry.
· Very experienced within MS Office (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with outstanding analytic and conceptual abilities as well as excellent planning and organization skills, presentation strength and strong customer orientation.
· Fluent German & English skills.
· All candidates must be prepared for extensive travel throughout Germany, new daily challenges and goals, utilisation of modern technologies.
