My client is a leading global consulting, systems integration and outsourcing company. My client’s mission is to provide customers in industry and government with solutions crafted to meet their strategic goals and enable them to profit from the advanced use of technology.
Risk and security during the productive setting of the new software releases are today central topics of the Lifecycle management. Professionally organized and claimant test Factories is a principal item for an effective and efficient conversion of these requirements.
Their tasks:
As a Test Manager your emphasis lies in the entire test process with responsibility for team planning and control of test Factories and test teams. This role focuses on different kinds of testing:
·Functional tests e.g. module test, function test system/integration test, acceptance test, migration test/compatibility test (data migration).
·Non functional tests e.g. reading and performance test, availability test, efficiency test, maintenance test, security tests system-oriented tests e.g. restart, Recovery, Backup, K-case, test of the operational procedures.
Further tasks are the consultation and support of our customers during the introduction of test maturity models and with improvements of existing test environments. My client is looking for candidates that can lead reviews through system and application architectures, in order to evaluate their effect/risks regarding the test. The analysis of application systems, as well as their transformation to service-oriented architectures as a means to support staff in co-operation with their technical architects.
Our requirements:
·Final Degree or relevant commercial experience.
·At least 5 years IT-professional experience If possible with experience in the financial call circuit sector.
·Good knowledge in complex application and architectures, comprehensive experience with test platforms and test tools particularly HP/Mercury Toolset, IBM ration Suite, SQS tools.
·Good knowledge in the fields of software engineering, SOA, test and introduction management, configuration/release management.
·Strong communication, team orientation, self initiative and business thinking as well as independent and structured working snaps, conflict management in critical project situations.
·Travel readiness Good English/German knowledge.
