The Globaltech Solutions Group has a number of key players who help manage the day to day running of the company. From client account managers through to on the ground trainers and consultants the whole Globaltech team is passionate about returning real results for your business and its people.
There are too many to name them all, so here are a few of the company faces you’ll get to know when we work together:
Richard Ferris: Managing Director
Richard is a founding member of the Globaltech Solutions board and has overall responsibility for the day to day management of the business. Richard has extensive knowledge of the Training, Support and Recruitment markets in the UK, EMEA and ASIAPAC regions.
Utilising his extensive experience in these markets, Richard actively participates in the coordination of future development and strategic alliances. Richard's background also includes Senior Management and Directorship roles with 19 years in the Aviation, Transport, Equity and Property Sectors
Ms Janice Garrett: Sales Director
Janice is an integral member of the Senior Management Team, helping to ensure we maintain a clear focus on Globaltech’s future development. Janice has held senior sales and marketing roles in the Technology, Advertising, Publishing and Direct Mail Industries.
This extensive experience allows Janice to assist the board in achieving future growth targets, whilst continuing to provide our customers with cost effective, quality training, recruitment, support and consulting services.
Ms Sharon Ferris: Training Director
Sharon is also an active member of the Board of Directors and brings to the organisation in excess of 18 years IT Training, Consultancy and Development experience gained from working within the Corporate Finance, Accounting and Services sectors in both Australasia and the United Kingdom. Sharon is responsible for all the training standards, quality control and the recruitment of IT Training professionals.
